Nguyen Binh An is the Managing Partner of NgonLuaViet and is very

Mr.
Huan joined NgonLuaViet after over 20 years practising at a
Governmental firm and has been a partner almost immediately since joining.
His focus is in labour and litigation.
Labour
Law:
When
it comes to employment law Mr. Huan is the best of the firm. He
is the final word when it comes to understanding the substantial
labour law in
Vietnam
. When drafting labour contracts or dealing with labour matters,
no matter how complex the situation may be Mr. Huan knows the
crucial issues that must be addressed and how to comply with the
both national and local regulations. Mr. Huan is often requested
by foreign investors to advise on labour plans that will both
achieve their management and fiscal goals.
Litigation:
Along
with Mr. An, Mr. Huan has considerable background in litigation.
He too is frequently off-site in other jurisdiction especially in
connection with his labour practice. Mr. Huan does not only have
experience at court, but additionally the court room is where he
